In addition to the license, there is a notification obligation regarding the premises to be used according to the Environmental Code provisions.Notification of the premises must be made at least six weeks before the activity starts to the municipality's environmental and health protection committee, which supervises that the activity complies with the Environmental Code requirements. The municipality grants licenses and exercises supervision over the activity.
