1. Service Description

GetPermit.eu is an independent third-party information service that provides permit and licensing guidance for small businesses in Europe. We compile publicly available regulatory information into structured, easy-to-follow guides.

Important: GetPermit.eu is not a government agency and is not affiliated with any governmental body. Our guides do not constitute legal advice, professional advice, or official regulatory guidance. The information we provide is for informational purposes only. You should always verify requirements directly with the relevant authorities before making business decisions.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the legal age of majority in your country of residence, to use our service and make purchases.

4. Account and Access

When you purchase a guide, you receive a unique access link (token) to view your personalized guide. No user account is required. You are responsible for keeping your access link secure. Optionally, you may create an account to manage your purchases.

Do not share your access link with others. Each purchase and access link is for your personal use only.

5. Purchases and Pricing

Prices for permit guides are displayed at checkout and may vary depending on the specific guide, country, and complexity of the permit. All prices include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Each guide is a one-time purchase granting you ongoing access to your personalized guide content.

6. Payment

Payments are processed securely by Stripe, Inc. We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. By submitting a payment, you confirm that you are authorized to use the chosen payment method. We do not store your payment card details on our servers.

7. Digital Delivery and Right of Withdrawal

Our guides are digital products that are generated and delivered immediately upon purchase. At checkout, you consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that the guide is available for use right away.

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal under the Consumer Rights Directive (Directive 2011/83/EU). However, for digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, this right is waived once delivery has begun with your prior express consent and acknowledgement. Since our guides are delivered immediately upon purchase with your consent, the statutory withdrawal right is waived at that point.

Regardless of the statutory withdrawal right, we offer a satisfaction guarantee to all customers. See Section 8.

8. Refunds

9. Intellectual Property

All content on GetPermit.eu, including guide content, text, graphics, logos, and the overall design of the website, is owned by Internet Yield AB or its licensors and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

When you purchase a guide, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the guide content for your own business purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, sell, or publicly display guide content without our prior written consent.

10. Accuracy Disclaimer

While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information, the content on GetPermit.eu is for informational purposes only and does not constitute legal, financial, or professional advice.

Permit requirements, fees, timelines, and procedures change frequently. We cannot guarantee that all information is current or complete at the time you access it. You are responsible for verifying all requirements with the relevant governmental authorities before relying on them.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

  • Internet Yield AB shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.
  • Our total liability for any claim related to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific guide giving rise to the claim.
  • We are not liable for any losses resulting from decisions made based on information provided in our guides.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including liability for fraud or gross negligence.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you also benefit from any mandatory consumer protection provisions of the law of your country of residence, in accordance with the Rome I Regulation (Regulation (EC) No 593/2008). Nothing in these Terms affects your rights as a consumer under the mandatory provisions of your local law.

13. Dispute Resolution

If you have a dispute related to our service, please contact us first at [email protected] so we can try to resolve the matter directly. We are willing to participate in out-of-court dispute resolution proceedings but are not obligated to do so. If you are a consumer in the EU, you may also contact the relevant alternative dispute resolution (ADR) body in your country of residence.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the changes, please stop using the service.
