Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made on GetPermit.eu. Our services are primarily designed for businesses and professionals, but this policy also covers purchases made by consumers.

1. Satisfaction Guarantee

We offer a 7-day satisfaction guarantee on all guide purchases. If the guide does not meet your expectations, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your purchase date.

2. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, send an email to [email protected] with:

  • The email address used for the purchase
  • A brief description of why the guide did not meet your expectations

We will confirm receipt of your request within 2 business days.

3. Processing Time

Once approved, refunds are processed within 5 to 10 business days. The refund will be returned to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear.

4. After the Guarantee Period

Refund requests received after the 7-day period are handled on a case-by-case basis. If you believe there is a legitimate issue with your guide, contact us at [email protected] and we will work to find a fair resolution.

5. Digital Delivery and Withdrawal Rights

Our guides are digital products that are generated and delivered immediately upon purchase. At checkout, you consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that the guide is available for use right away.

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal under the Consumer Rights Directive (Directive 2011/83/EU). However, this right does not apply to digital content once delivery has begun with your prior express consent and acknowledgement. Since our guides are delivered immediately upon purchase with your consent, the statutory withdrawal right is waived at that point.

Our 7-day satisfaction guarantee (Section 1) applies to all customers — businesses and consumers alike — regardless of the statutory withdrawal right.
