Notification/Deregistration of Transport Manager, etc., Freight and Bus
If the transport manager (trafikansvarig) or any other person who has been assessed for the permit is replaced, the permit holder must notify the Swedish Transport Agency (Transportstyrelsen). The same applies if the transport manager has died or if someone is added who the suitability assessment should apply to.
A transport manager who for any reason no longer wishes to be a transport manager can notify the Swedish Transport Agency themselves. The notification applies to both freight and bus traffic and is made via e-service or form to the Swedish Transport Agency.
When Notification Is Required
- Change of transport manager: When the transport manager or other assessed person is replaced
- Transport manager deceased: When the transport manager has died
- New person added: When a new person is added who the suitability assessment should apply to
- Deregistration: When a transport manager no longer wishes to hold the role
- Type of operation: Applies to both freight and bus traffic
Application Procedure
- Notification authority: Swedish Transport Agency (Transportstyrelsen)
- Notification: Via e-service or form
- Responsible party: Permit holder makes notification for changes, transport manager can make deregistration themselves
