Notification as a Parcel Service Provider
Under the EU Parcel Regulation on cross-border parcel delivery services, companies offering parcel delivery must report certain information to the Swedish Post and Telecom Authority (PTS). This includes public price lists, delivery volumes, turnover, and company information.
Reporting is annual: prices must be submitted by January 31, and volumes, turnover, and company data by June 30. Company information and details about parcel services only need to be reported once, but any changes must be reported within 30 days. The regulation aims to improve price transparency and regulatory oversight of cross-border parcel delivery within the EU.
