Apply for Permit for Horse Activity
You always need to apply for a permit from the County Administrative Board (Länsstyrelsen) if you operate a riding school or have another horse activity from which you earn money professionally. However, if you have an activity where you breed, rent out, sell or care for horses privately, it is the number of horses in your operation that determines whether you need to apply for a permit or not.
